Position Title: OFFICE MANAGER/EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT POSITION
Description:

Klapach & Klapach, PC, is an estate planning law firm in Sherman Oaks, California.  We assist clients with their estate and tax planning and trust and probate administrations.  We are committed to helping clients protect their families and transfer hard-earned assets to loved ones. We offer our full-time employees health insurance, 401K, and a competitive salary (parking is also covered).  

We are looking for a talented OFFICE MANAGER / EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT with at least 5 years’ experience as either an office manager or legal secretary.

Management experience, facility with Word, Excel, Adobe, and Outlook, proper spelling and grammar, a good bedside manner, and a take charge attitude are all prerequisites.  

Required Skills:

Responsibilities Include: scheduling client meetings; corresponding with clients regarding estate plans; preparing client documents; handling client payments and other bills; filing and scanning; recordkeeping; organizing staff events; assisting attorneys with court and other filings and recordings.

Required Education:

Enjoys working collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment

High integrity, hard worker with a "no task is too small" and “How Can I Help?” attitude

Energetic, kind, sincere, patient, and adaptable

Clear thinking, deadline oriented, and well-organized
