The OM reports directly to the Managing Partner and has broad responsibility for the overall operations of the firm. The position is an integral part of the firm’s future growth and success.

The successful candidate must have exceptional academic credentials; 7+ years’ experience in business operations of a law firm or related professional services organization; excellent communications skills; vison; superior analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; business acumen and the ability to collaborate both as a leader and team member.
