Position Title: Bookkeeper/Office Manager
Description:

A boutique law firm in Los Angeles is seeking an office manager with 5+ years of experience in the following areas:

  • generating monthly billing statements;
  • maintaining trust accounts and handling trust accounting;
  • reconciling bank and credit card statements;
  • processing accounts payable and receivable;
  • handling payroll, employee benefits, employee files, and HR-related matters;
  • generating month-end financial and billing reports;
  • monitoring and ordering office supplies;
  • coordinating with and managing outside accountants, IT contractors, and vendors;
  • coordinating with building management;
  • overseeing and maintaining budgets;
  • maintaining insurance renewals and staying in compliance with various regulations; and
  • other bookkeeping and administrative tasks.
Required Skills:

Must be proficient in QuickBooks Pro and Microsoft programs, and must have 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping for a law firm.
