Century + legacy global firm with a strong (and growing) presence on the west coast is seeking a management professional to oversee multiple offices in California. Will consider qualified candidates in northern and southern California, but there is an expectation that the CA Regional Manager will spend time in every office on a regular basis. Diverse set of responsibilities at the local level and potential to enhance firm-wide programs as you work with an A+ team of peers and leaders across the firm. Overall day to day management responsibilities for each of the California offices will include supervision of staff, recruitment, performance management, coordination of office and staff events, work-flow, employee relations, coordination of compensation reviews and recommendations, and other HR responsibilities. Will also be responsible for office budgets, monitoring of expenditures and approval of A/P, maintaining relationships with building management and addressing facilities issues. Management at the firm is known to be very collaborative and the CA Regional Office Manager will be supportive of firm-wide initiatives/roll-outs and work closely with leadership in Technology, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing and the Legal & Talent departments.

Will have occasional special projects assigned by the Director of Administration who this person will report to (in addition to each Office Managing Partner).
