Responsibilities in this position include overseeing and managing Case Support Services staff (Case Assistants, Paralegals, Case Managers, document clerks). Candidate will oversee services delivery and obtain feedback on work product and must understand the Litigation life cycle and how it affects personnel, and implement and track new initiatives include those related to career development and growth. This position requires previous management of personnel as the ability to delegate work assignments and ensure completion of work assignments.
